We started in the year 2000 with a service office in Arguineguin, and after several questions from our client we decided to establish the real estate agency Safe & Easy in 2001. We were then the first real estate agency with only Norwegian owners in Mogan district. We have since then built up a solid experience and know how about the market, specially regarding foreigners who want to buy or rent a second or primary house on Gran Canary Until the summer 2004 we had our office in shopping centre Ancora in Arguineguin, and then we moved our office to Playa del Ingles. During this autumn we will move back to Arguineguin. We have always our focus on the security and safety for our clients, both buyers and sellers. We cooperate with several lawyers and lawyers companies on the islands, and we are the local representative for the company Cramer Lawyers on the mainland. To be able to provide you with the property you want, we also cooperate with other real estate agencies on the islands and in other countries. We have obtained a solid net of clever companies and people in many branches that a buyer often need to contact. Constructions companies (small and big), electricians, plumbers, painters, cleaners and caretakers. WE also assists with establishing companies, and have experience in establishing among other; restaurants, bars, medical clinics and shops of different kind. We speak and write Norwegian (Scandinavian) English and basic Spanish. We are looking forward to assist you. This is us:
